Your body keeps making new collagen for months after treatment, so firmness continues to improve over 1 to 3 months and beyond.
No incisions and no anesthesia. XERF has built-in cooling, and numbing for Ultra is optional.
Both treatments happen in the same appointment, depending on the area treated and whether numbing is used.
Expect redness, mild swelling and a rough, sandpaper-like feel for about 2 to 3 days. Many patients look close to normal the next day.

Before your visit: wear sunscreen daily, avoid tanning, stay hydrated and tell us about any medications or recent treatments. After: use gentle skincare and protect your skin from the sun while it renews. Timing and results vary from person to person.
K-LUXE is a great fit for adults with mild to moderate loose skin who also want brighter, smoother, more even-looking skin, for example softening along the jawline and neck together with sun spots, dullness or rough texture. It is not a facelift, and if another treatment would serve you better, your provider will tell you honestly.
In a small pilot study sponsored by Cynosure Lutronic (10 women, two K-LUXE treatments three months apart), 100% of patients who completed the study were satisfied with their results at 90 days, and no serious side effects were reported. Individual results vary.
