For most people it is a facial or a light peel, because they tell us how your skin reacts before we commit to anything stronger. We would rather start gently and build than start strong and manage a problem.
It depends entirely on the treatment. A facial has effectively none. A peel can leave you flaking and pink for several days. We will tell you what to expect before you book, so you can plan around anything you have coming up.
Yes, but timing matters and it is the most common mistake we see. Tell us the date at your consultation and we will work backwards from it rather than fitting you in and hoping.
Most of these work best as a short series rather than a single visit, and we reassess as we go. If something is not doing anything for you, we will change the plan rather than finish the package.
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
